Signature Apartments 2 Bedroom Family friendly

Stayed 3 nights staying solo - wasn’t safe or secure. Negative: We had the property for 3 nights. On first night two men entered the apartment having the code - turned out it was double booked. Moved to a smaller apartment with little fuss. Following night in the smaller apartment at 1:30am a further double booking tried to come in to the apartment too, also having the access code - waking and startling. Leaving my colleague scared. The apartments owners said this wasn’t a security or safety issue and ‘happens all the time’. A minor refund of £10 offered for moving from 2 bed booked to smaller 1 bed apartment and concern caused. We have used this place before but we will not be back - both for the safety issue (how many people now have those house codes) and for the lack of accountability and reduction of the issue by the apartments owner.
